Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the best football players in the world, has been dominating the game since his Real Madrid debut in 2009. He’s won multiple FIFA Ballon d’Or awards and multiple La Liga titles, among other accolades, and he’s got plenty more goals to score and records to break along the way. Here are six reasons why Ronaldo is the greatest of all time (G.O.A.T.) in my eyes and yours, too!

1) Ronaldo’s Record
Cristiano Ronaldo is arguably one of the greatest soccer players of all time, and he’s been in a league all his own since joining Real Madrid in 2009. Here are six reasons why CR7 will go down as the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time).
* Scored nine goals in last five Champions League games
* One of only three players to ever score 400+ goals in one club competition
* Records broken include the fastest player to reach 100+ Champions League goals, youngest European Cup scorer at 18 years and 9 months old, and most penalties taken
* 3x Ballon d’Or winner (2013-2015) and second only to Lionel Messi with four FIFA/Ballon d’Or awards

2) His Passion
He’s been playing professionally since 2003, debuting for Sporting CP in 2002, and he started as a forward but now plays primarily as a winger or attacking midfielder for Real Madrid. He has led his country to victory in EURO 2016, claiming 4 goals and 2 assists in 7 games. He’s also led them to their best FIFA World Cup finish ever, which was third place in 2006 and fourth place in 2014 with one goal scored at each tournament. He’ll go down as one of the most decorated players in history with: 5 Ballon d’Or Awards (record shared), 6 European Golden Shoes (shared record), 8 Domestic Championships, 4 La Liga Championships, 1 Premier League Title, 1 FA Cup Title and 3 Champions League Titles – all shared records.

3) Playing Style
Many would argue that Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr. are more skilled players but the reality is that they rely too much on their skills to do anything spectacular with their feet and score a goal. But with CR7, there’s rarely a clear shot that he can’t place into the net. He scores goals from all different angles, elevations, distance, etc., just to make it as difficult as possible for keepers to defend him–especially when you consider how many one-on-one challenges he has won against top defenders in this league…which makes it a lot easier for him because now he doesn’t have to score off of a clear play like most other attackers do.

4) Technically Brilliant
CR7 can hold his own in any attacking position but he has a special connection with number 7, which happens to be his shirt number for Portugal and Real Madrid. Ronaldo’s true genius often goes unnoticed behind flashy dribbles and weaving through defenders to create chances for himself or his teammates ข่าวบอล. It is not just his footballing skills that make him great; it’s also his discipline, dedication, and intelligence on the pitch: qualities you would expect from a leader in any field, not just sports. CR7’s hunger and determination inspire fans around the world when they watch him play-harder, faster, smarter than anybody else on the pitch-just as if it were all going out of style

5) Scoring Range
In an era where there are no true world superstars, we find that they’ve largely been replaced by Lionel Messi, Wayne Rooney, and Gareth Bale; all remarkable talents, with a handful of silverware between them. All fine players deserve praise and recognition for their achievements at the club level.

6) Being The Best At What He Does
#1: He has been consistently playing at a high level for his entire career, with scoring records to back it up. This season, Ronaldo has scored eight goals in just eight La Liga matches and continues to amaze us with every touch of the ball. #2: Not only does he play spectacularly, but he knows how to win trophies too – Ronaldo has won an unprecedented five European Champions League trophies during his career and another three at the club level; #3 is that he always leads by example in his role as captain for both Real Madrid and Portugal which puts him among one of the most decorated footballers of all time.
