The new RDNA 3 architecture uses a modular approach to optimize the overall design of the GPU. This architecture includes a 5nm graphics die that contains shaders, display engines, and an updated media engine. It is paired with a 6nm Memory Cache Die that houses the GDDR6 controller and 96 MB of AMD’s Infinity Cache.
