This weekend’s Bundesliga slate was headlined by a top-of-the-table clash between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich. In a hard-fought match, Dortmund came out on top, winning 2-1. The victory put them in first place in the standings, ahead of Bayern on goal difference. They also pulled five points clear of second-place RB Leipzig. However, their lead could shrink as they have only played one more game than Bayern, who have three games in hand due to their Champions League commitments.
