Chong Kai War Cemetery

It was constructed during World War II as a way for the Japanese to invade Burma. Over one hundred thousand people were killed in the construction of the bridge, and many of them are buried in the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery.
Erewan Waterfall

Trains to Kanchanaburi Pae
You can get to Kanchanaburi Pae by train, or you can take a taxi. The train rides will take about 20 minutes, and the journey will cost you around 120 baht. If you want to see the scenery of Kanchanaburi, you can walk along the line, which crosses a river. You can also visit the Wang Po viaduct, which was constructed by POWs in just 17 days.
The train to Kanchanaburi leaves from รีสอร์ทกาญจนบุรี Station, located on the west side of the Chao Phraya River. You can also take a taxi to the Krung Thonburi BTS Skytrain Station, located a couple of kilometers east of the station. Alternatively, you can board at the Thonburi Railway Station Pier, or Wang Lang Pier, which is near Siriraj Hospital. Trains from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi Pae also stop at Nakhon Pathom, so you can buy tickets to any of the two stations. It’s also worth noting that the price of a ticket is the same, so you can buy a ticket at the station or online.
